This first-run 1933 Singer Featherweight 221 is in good original condition! Serviced and cleaned inside and out - this Featherweight 221 will be ready to sew (or display) right out of the case. This machine is fitted with an original 110-volt motor that has been rewound to work at optimum speed and torque. Click on any image above to view this machine in detail. AD5472** indicates an original commission date of October 3rd, 1933, and that this is the 5,752nd Featherweight produced. This Featherweight has received a grade 7 and is in good condition at over 90 years old! There is some light wear.

The Original Bobbin Case is included, adhering to originality all these years later.  The machine has been serviced and calibrated for quilter’s cotton, so tension is already properly set; however, tension can easily be adjusted depending on fabric needs.

The machine is fitted with an original scrolled faceplate and the replica case includes the side tray for holding the attachments.
