At The Singer Featherweight Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage sewing machine parts and accessories. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused condition; please note that certain items like patterns, books, and electrical components may be non-returnable.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your Featherweight parts with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our shop, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
